Exactly the point of using the model to evaluate the warrants.... when EPM was below a buck the warrants were much more expensive on a Vol basis, easy to quantify with the model... they were trading North of a 55Vol... so I added stocks down there instead since I was bullish on the stock. Now the warrants are trading @ a 35 vol and the play is add the warrants to keep the upside and sell your stock.
