Let's examine your "backpedaling". Now you want to change your story. Now you want to attempt to quantify the reception problems. Now your story is as follows: I have said, from the outset, that SIRI's reception is generally inferior to XM's as a result of their satellite configuration. Yet at the end of last year, in the exact time period you reference. You stated.. XM requires only two satellites to provide service. Sirius thought they would require three but is having to launch a fourth one to provide adequate signal coverage. Until the fourth one is launched, Sirius will continue to have significant reception problems. So now you are trying to sell your story that "significant reception problems" late last year are actually in fact, just normal "generally inferior" reception issues. Were the reception problems XM subscribers faced yesterday "gererally inferior" or "significant reception problems"? And many, many other [informed people, which excludes you] agree. Well, I believe that this would exclude me. Because I have concluded my own driving tests with SIRI equiped rental vechicles, and I can tell you that I found no "significant reception problems" from San Diego, to San Francisco, to Phoenix, and back. Of course, you like to read of those accounts by those that only have a BITTER agenda like yours. Likewise, I have found no major reception problems with XM. Now if there are reception differences. I would account that to the fact that XM has built 300% more terrestrial repeaters than SIRI has. And some of those are operating over licensed emission limits. So one has to ask.. If XM's "satellite configuration" is so superior to SIRI's. Why did they spend Hundreds of Millions more on a terrestrial network? I don't think you can make the argument that more terrestrial repeaters have provided them more techincal options for XM.. As we now have seen SIRI take the lead in deploying HM in September of last year, and seat back video. Are these [informed people] in your Internet Chat Room? Like, the one with the person you identified as being one of the smartest and most knowledgeable people you know? The one that has that "inflatable HM modulation analyzer?" ROTFLMAO!!! That is DIFFERENT from the problem they had late last year which I blamed on their testing of HM. Which again was only based on your BITTER, BITTER soul.. Rich told you that SIRI began using HM in September of last year. You called him a liar, and claimed your bunky with the "blow-up modulation analyzer" proved otherwise. But, in the end. We all found out that it was just ole' David RayB completely making stuff up, because it sounded good. In the end, we found out that Rich was 100% correct, when SIRI's management stated as a FACT that SIRI had begun full time HM transmissions in September of last year. Which is exactly what Rich had stated. So you see. You are quick to assign unfounded, and uninformed BLAME based on highly incorrect information your receive by reading posts by those that are not objective. Instead of actually attempting to do your own research. You would prefer to accept the OPINONS of those BITTER souls in internet chat rooms as FACT. When people post information that fits your agenda. You assign those posters with credibility, while discounting those that disagree with your OPINONS as "Siriots" A perusal of SBS will make it clear that I am correct on both counts, I have no idea what SBS is, or what you are referring too. But, I am sure it is just another message board that you spend your life policing with tens, if not hundreds of aliases. The last thing I want to read is you posting more Opinons presented as FACTS to yourself under multiple aliases. Simply as an attempt to to bolster your Self-Importance Complex, and soothe your BITTER, BITTER Soul. Sounds like a HOOT.. But, on second thought.. Thanks anyway, but, I'll pass. Of course, anyone with any gumption who reads this thread already knows that If you consider reading the posts of some BITTER BAGMEMBER who lost their arse on some risk laden "popsicle stand" and was too arrogant to hedge their investments as having "gumption".. Then I'll pass on that "gumption" thing also. And so it goes, PCSTEL
