theres tons of successful FSBOs around here. It just depends on how hot your house is. If its a tough sell then owners don't risk it. In a hot market fsbos are fine.

Then you plainly have no concrete evidence to support your contention that FSBOs seldom succeed in reaching their goals, and buyers who deal with them don't either. You are simply citing anecdotal evidence ("memories", as you state) that is based solely upon your own preconceived notions about the way you want things to be. You've seen a few FSBO's that have failed, and using the logic so prevalent on this board, you go on to assume that most of them fail.

Like I said, it sounds like something straight out of an NAR ad. Are you gunning for Lereah's old job?
