Their power generation contracts are regulated but their other business segments seem to be outside this regulatory authority. On the link I posted for their key financial ratios be sure you select the correct currency selection. They seem to make the most sense when looked at in terms of the "Real". I suspect that there could also be a currency exchange kicker to this investment too. EKS
