I think you missed the part about "U.S. Muslims". They don't live the life you describe. In fact, they probably can't even envision what you are describing.

Not only that, despite the proximate fallout from 9/11, they don't experience any repercussions due to their ancestry unless they travel overseas. That is a different ball of worms.

I think 13% sounds low on any survey. If you asked born again Christians the same question you would probably get a higher number.
