You said it, TJ. The price of liberty is eternal vigilance, and in recent years the US voters have become extremely inattentive.

TJ:
btw, i and many have zero problems with americans in general, think you folks are a lot of fun, but gad, that group you have in washington, they must go

I think that is a widely held view, even amongst Americans.

The Washington clan, with a few exceptions, are very UnAmerican. They have shown no regard for the Constitution and other American values, freedom, liberty, independence, etc. But it wouldn't take much to turn things around, look at the votes Ron Paul got, after he said a few truths. There is hope and certainly, more potential here than places like Russia a country run by a Mafia ex-KGB.

what Birthright ???? Mexico was not a nation then, no one controlled those areas. The spanish came and took the land from the indians and we took it from them. So who has the birth right ? PS the Indians took it from the Kennewick Man.

I guess you want the French to get back the Louisiana Territory

While many Mexicans THINK they have claims on much of the southwest west, the Hopi, Navajo, Piutes and others occupied that area, and the Mexican didn't.

The issues was settled in a couple of wars, just like British claims on the US were. If Mexico or Mexicans would like a re-match, I'm sure one could be arranged.

It is obvious that many people in the US have an agenda of taking over the US with sheer numbers of Mexicans, and changing the culture.

After hearing all the stuff from the Mexican government, I would like to see the US-Mexican border fortified like the Korean DMZ - multiple razor wire and land mine barriers. That will slow 'em down.

We can then send the 8 million illegal Mexicans back, and replace them with Filipinos, Chinese, Brazilians, Polish, etc. any one who DOESN'T speak Spanish.

That way there the "Hispanic" voting block won't get larger.

Your knowledge of history and geology is pretty weak. But then you probably think Tibet has always been Chinese.

recommendation: buy guns, stock ammo, accumulate gold, claim water rights, and vote for no one

Have the guns and ammo, sold the gold, don't need water rights, and always exercise my precious right to vote.

btw, i and many have zero problems with americans in general

Very broadminded of you. I get along fine with Chinese people but don't like anyone with a chip on their shoulder toward my country.

, think you folks are a lot of fun, but gad, that group you have in washington, they must go,

Under our law, that will happen in January 2009. As to who replaces them, that is Americans business.

Hi Jay
Well, well, you have struck a nerve and brought a wicked grin with that remark about those folks in WA got to go! I do not know how much you have read of the Thomas Jefferson, author of our Declaration of Independence among many other good things, but there are those of us over here who long for an exercise of one of his observations, that at least one every 20 years or so we need a revolution ( wet one and very red), (yee GODS how the brown barnyard stuff will fly at me for this but I really don't give a damn, and I have a grin on my face)...and Jay I think we need one, and think V in V For Vendetta had a really good idea about the Parliament Bldg in London, the USA needs one in Washington DC. Of course for this joke I am once again probably on "some list" probably NSA since I saw on Frontline Public TV last week that as of now about 10% of net traffic is monitored at random, wonder if this old fart that I am be on someone's list as "person of interest?
Got gold (yo think you have enough?)
