You can keep changing the line of scrimmage..... Using your new example, I'd find it equally disturbing if a survey showed that 13% of the people in this country thought it was justified for pioneers to kill Indian children in a deliberate ambush as revenge for a prior Indian attack on their family. The point is that people who would justify deliberate slaughtering of the innocent as an avenue of revenge are dangerous. If you don't agree, fine.
