Hope you get the sale on the house too. Not sure but it seems like there will be an answer somehow to CDE's situation. this permit granting and then spending the $$ and then the permit removal has to stop. CAU and CDE need return of $$ IMO.

As I understand it, the importance of this ruling is not so much about this particular depression filled with water, but about setting a precedent for the protection of every other depression filled with water in the United States.
