Excellent presentation Kevin, I take some exception with the broad brush with which Germans have been painted, but otherwise agree whole heartedly. Certainly some, maybe even most Germans should have shouldered some responsibility for the conditions in Nazi Germany but I can imagine decent people getting caught up in some patriotic naivete, and wouldn't limit that to Nazi Germany alone.
