"( I guess they just can't HANDLE the truth.. )" The Republicans have a huge problem. The product that their base wants, no one else does. In the past, independents could overlook certain aspects to get what they wanted, but that doesn't appear to be the case. To make things even worse, their base is starting to fragment. What appeals the Joe Sixpack, no longer appeals to the business community, and vice versa. So they are having to choose between money and votes. So I expect them to start turning on each other.
