Jeffrey is one of the most intelligent posters on SI.
He is a man of integrity.

He has been dead on regarding every stock that I am aware of...

How does you record compare to his?

You are saying that Turek sold shares from the treasury to pay his personal debit.

See, you are doing it again. No, I didn't say Turek sold treasury shares. I said that Turek gave PLNI shares to his creditors.

Anyone can say anything on the net in a message board environment and as long as they do not provide any link to proof, it is as worthless as what you just posted.

And anyone, such as yourself, can conveniently forget proof of the above was posted by Scion in March of 2006 in the form of Pacer transcriptions of Turek's plans of reorganization for his bankruptcy filings.

Just what are your legal credentials?

I am not a lawyer. You have no basis for claiming I've stated otherwise.

=====

Turek claims that Plasticon owes him nearly $4M. Given the fact that Plasticon was diluted by a factor of five, given that Turek released a stream of false and misleading press releases, given the fact PLNI's pps has been driven into the ground, and given the fact that Turek bankrupted Pro-Mold, do you think Turek deserved to be paid at least $4M? Where did the money go?
