Yes, Okarma mentioned presenting at the Pan Pacific Lymphoma Conference, but I hadn't been following recent developments and so mention of that Conference didn't make it into my notes. Glad to hear you validate my impressions about Okarma's mood change. <g> Marc

Any connection between the June 11-15 conference and pricing of the Convertibles at "120% the average pps of the previous 5 days" (or something like that) the "price limit is $12.73" (excuse me, in case the number is a little bit difference) and the date for exercise of the warrants is JUNE 15 !!! Some are mentioning that there is a "contain" on the price, for the warrant holder to take as many shares as possible, or to take the shares and dump it with the news for a "quick" profit. I do not understand the exact mechanism of how the excercise of the warrant works.
