With half my cash short GOOG, and with
the other half of my cash go long CRIS.

-----------------
Disclosure--I have a very small position in Curis.
I'll have a bigger position if it goes quite a bit
lower over the next six or nine months, and it might
do that: Curis has something on the order of $30M with
60M total shares--it is not unheard of for tiny biotechs
in a bad market to eventually trade for cash, and that
obviously would be well under a buck a share. Use mad
money if you must own CRIS.

Anyway, with that out of the way, I wouldn't be surprised
to see it bought out soon, in which case maybe the upside
from here is 50%...an ideal gamble for this contest.

GOOG is expensive (to say the least). An echo of
the internet and biotech bubble of 1999. Even if
there were 150 million people clicking on google
ads, that is $1000 a head. Absurd. It may not
collapse today or even next month--but eventually it
will give up at least 50% of the marketcap, maybe more?

Easy to say.
In the real world I am 99% cash.
