I agree with the article in principle. And I believe SF is preparing to head in that direction with the recently approved 33% strength increase.

The SF Schoolhouse and faculty is being redesigned to accommodate more students.

I do not agree that 80,000 American troops will be required in an advisory role. I envision half that number or less. I also believe Iraq should become a NATO mission.
