For the most part, the coalition was fixed, it was very small and largely dependent upon US economic aid. For example, do you really think Micronesia or Palau played an important part in this war? And who exactly is in the coalition as of this current day? Where is the security? You think being an eleven-year-old child with only one leg or being a father and motherless child is a good form of security? And where and reconstruction? After the first Gulf War Saddam Hussein had the infrastructure of the country up and running shortly after that war's end. And no matter how much we freely give Haliburton nothing gets fixed--nothing at all!!! Methinks you're living in a GOPwinger dream world only!!!!!
