I think it is the nice little contained clouds you get (for the most part) in fl.

We get nasty big all spread out everywhere in one contiguous huge for miles and thousands and thousands of miles wet off the Pacific ocean from Oct through May kind of clouds here.

I just HATE them.

I have seen rainbows off in the distance where one microscopic sunbeam happens to penetrate the mass my what a strong sunbeam that must be before.
