Wish I had the link to post--------was doing some reading about muscle pain. The writer a doctor claims that water is the key to reducing pain.

Also, that we are advised to reduce salt intake------however he in his research does just the reverse.

Increases water and increases salt intake by salting food.

My heart doctor is along the same line--------that I need to increase my salt and fluid intake to keep the blood flowing. Told him that I often eat chips----and he said that is perfect. So now, even though I don't like it------I keep the gatorade around for that hydration.
