Another point to consider... the trustee committee has to rule on any such offer and place it in the reorg plan that is sent to shareholders. We are way too early in the process to have a plan. So what is the 1:1000? I really don't understand how it fits into any Chapter 11 plan.

I agree, very strange. However, if examined through the lens of the conspiracy theory I advanced in an earlier message, this suddenly makes a lot more sense. This does correlate precisely to the "mid-year" restructuring that was announced a long time ago.

This conspiracy theory is growing stronger the more these "strange" things start to make sense when viewed through this conspiracy lens.
