I have had french fried sweet potatoes in the past, and although I prefer white, the sweet were pretty good.

And I do have some thousand Island in the fridge. Will put it out with the rest of the condiments on Monday and definitely give it a try on my burger. I think that is the goop they used to put on burgers at early hamburger joints pre mcds.
