Bush has decimated our alliances globally. You can't name one country which is really with us anymore. No one could have ever done a worse job as a diplomat. Carter was and has always been a tremendous diplomat because other people trust him. He brokered the Camp David accords and SALT talks. He is completely truthworthy. Bush is shifty and dishonest. There is no comparison. BTW, GHW Bush was a very good diplomat and is certainly ashamed of his wayward son. So was Nixon. And Reagan. But Bush is the worst ever. We don't have a single foreign policy success in six years with Bush. All failures. The record and results speak for themselves.
