1. National debt and regulating the financial system are non sequiturs. I was referring to the integrity of the currency, the markets and the banking system, not fiscal policy. The former are far from perfect but they would be totally dysfunctional without regulation and oversight.

2. Traffic is already regulated by the states and localities; I was referring to a "no government intrusion" world where presumably anyone with a vehicle that rolled could drive it any speed, anywhere.

3. I make it a point not to be tried in any court but if you scrap all the courts below the SC, there would be no due-process enforcement of any laws, undermining our social order completely.
