Which comes in tin cans with lead solder, which poisoned the Franklin expedition who are still locked in the ice up there, which inspired Amundsen, who led his small boat through an impassible NW passage in 1905, but chiefly found out how to survive in the Arctic and travel light and fast over the snow so he could beat the tragic but noble Scott to the SP... And Amundsen who left his body in the Arctic chasing Nobile whose blimp had crashed, which ran on hydrogen... which is a solution in part to pollution and GW.. but the NW passage will open itself to minerals and whales and submarines all by itself given a bit of time..

Say how much a mile to build rail in the arctic? Do you suppose we can do it or 350K a mile? Or am I smoking something I should have left in the dumpster?

I hate to be corny, but what's your beef..? should we sequester a portion of the land to farming, a portion to dolphin farms, a portion to apes, wilderness, mines, overpopulation, nuke plants, water voles, endangered species, overtrained professionals, politicians and perhaps an acre to "free" men ...

aces and eights.. don't hold em with your back to the swinging doors, cowboy ...
