This Presidential election looks strange to me. Rudy can't win the Rep primary, but would most likely be the best Rep in the general election. I don't see another Rep that can win the general election. Hillary might well win the Dem primary, but can't win the general election. Who the heck can win?

If the audience's reaction to Giuliani's absurd response to Ron Paul at the recent debate is anything to judge by, those types are still around in force. Fortunately, I believe, they are too small a force now to capture the White House. But they will certainly continue to make their presence felt.
