If we get it here it will because every time anyone builds anything you have to have a run off pond and if that pond has water in it for longer then, like 4 weeks which they all do. Then it becomes a wet land and can't be filled it. If you go by these and they are everywhere, you won't see ducks, birds or geese, just stagnant water and mosquitoes. How come everything liberals touch turns to crap ? Do libs ever think anything out ? Liberalism is DANGEROUS to humans, it must be eradicated
