Liar. Bush is a total failure on diplomacy. Every other president of both parties has made progress in Israel since Carter. Bush is the only one who's made negative progress, that is stoking more war and more division, and no real attempt to negotiate peace at all. And until that's settled nothing else can be settled in the ME. Then we need to get off oil. I mean OFF it, permanently. Bush cannot win militarily. Military might is only useful when there is a clear limited objective, and also when you have morality behind you. Bush has almost no morality behind him, and no plan. He's a total failure on foreign policy and military policy.
