Reservoir Extends High-Grade Gold Mineralization at Stara Planina

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - May 29, 2007) - Reservoir Capital Corp. ("Reservoir" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:REO - News) is pleased to report results from its Stara Planina property in Eastern Serbia. Rock chip sampling from outcrops and trenches in the Miljanina Cuka area has identified an 850 metre zone of high-grade gold mineralization associated with quartz-carbonate veining in sheared gabbros.

Twenty-two rock samples from this zone ranged in grade from 0.06 grams per tonne ("g/t") to 55g/t gold. Nineteen of these rock samples contained greater than 1g/t and six greater than 10g/t, with an average of 9.23g/t gold. Continuous rock chip samples (each sample 2 meters long, perpendicular to the strike of the mineralized structure) in Trench V yielded 6 meters at 7.37g/t gold, including 2 meters at 10.55g/t gold. The zone remains open towards the Gradiste occurrences (2.5 kilometers northwest), where earlier sampling returned values up to 50.4g/t gold and up to 1.73 percent copper.

The Gradiste and Miljanina Cuka targets lie within a broader northwest to southeast oriented geochemical anomaly where previous work by the Company has outlined a persistent copper anomaly over an area of about 3.4km by 1.0km, comprising 68 soil samples averaging 165 parts per million ("ppm") copper with a maximum of 1095ppm copper. The same area is also marked by molybdenum and tungsten soil anomalism.

The Company considers that the size, grade and continuity of the geochemical anomalies in the Miljanina Cuka area are encouraging and justify conducting a significant exploration program, including trenching and geophysics to develop targets for drilling. The regional geological setting and observed mineralization are compatible with intrusion-related gold-copper style deposits that can develop into major ore bodies.

Location maps will be posted on the Company's website www.reservoircapitalcorp.com in the coming days.

Comments on Sampling, Assaying and Quality Control

The Company's soil and rock geochemical samples were collected in accordance with accepted industry standards. The samples were submitted to the ALS Chemex laboratories in Rosia Montana, Romania, and Perth, Australia, for analysis: gold was analyzed by fire assay with an AAS finish, and multi-element analyses were determined by ICP MS/AAS techniques. The Company conducts routine QA/QC analysis on all assay results, including the systematic utilization of certified reference materials, blanks, field duplicates, and umpire laboratory check assays.

Dr. Duncan Large, Chartered Engineer (UK) and Eur. Geol., a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 and consultant to the Company, is responsible for the preparation of the technical information in this release.
