He is a cunning git and possibly immortal. That seems to be his plan anyway. Post-Mugabe recovery could be another 10 years the way he's looking. He could wait until everything is as bad as possible, then do a Lee Kwan Yew and open the place up to foreign investment, such as China's, and become a hero for saving Zimbabwe. He would blame the colonialist imperialist British for the catastrophe and take the credit for the recovery. He might even be given credit for the recovery. We should remember though, that things are never so bad that they can't get worse. Mqurice
