He got Gaddafi to give up his nuclear weapons program. A success. He drove the Taliban and Saddam out of power. Two more. He formed the Proliferation Security Initiative, a coalition of nations working together to limit nuclear proliferation. A good move, it contributed to catching Libya's secret nuclear program. He bullied the dictator dominating Liberia, the one African country we arguably have an historic interest in, allowing peace to break out and a democratic government to be formed. Another success. Now that Canada, Germany and France have conservative pro-American governments, we should have warmer relations between our governments.
