To me, that relfects on a crass Society south of the border. To take out frustrations with USA gov't on a young lady who is only there to compete in a global competition is rude and fairly unforgiveable. Simply makes the Mexican people look bad.

Rachel was quite stunning and had global educational goals, there was nothing for them to boo, except their dislike for US policies. Just a room full of rude people.

The story I read it was attributed to the US trying to tighten up immigration from MX.
