Wow, this last response of yours suggests you failed to comprehend my original post. Are you trying to disguise your misunderstanding by now misquoting me? I never said "commonly," as you allege in your last post quoting my statement. -- go back and re-read it; this time for comprehension. Do you see where I said, "The primary site often remains unidentified." Not ”Commonly” as you allege. There is one hell of a difference. At least you had the common sense to check the reference and admit to 2 to 4%. But, just how does this supports the logical flow of your progressing argument? If English is not your primary language, I owe you an apology; but even so, misquotation of another is inexcusable in honest discussion. Spare us the statistically ill-informed argument of "statistical insignificance" given ~5% which approaches a one-in-20 rate for some cancer patients. I say you are a medical charlatan my friend – at least I hope so – sure don’t want you practicing in a non-virtual hospital.
