Thank goodness the
puget sound convergence zone has twice set up over my
town

What does that mean?..

Yeah, here in NoCal..people are quite conscious of using as much organic as possible, if not, all the time..I'm completely organic more cuz of dad from the old country..this company gets a lot of shelf space ebstone.org and I use it..although I recently got some advice that seems to be working to keep container plants/fruits looking even more healthy and vibrant than the EB Stone stuff..I'm learning how in containers, the nutrients leach out each time you water<argh>..a combined schedule of organic sea kelp and fish products..initially skeptical, I've been amazed at how green and vibrant my meyer lemon tree could really get..I even did side by side comparisons on 2 plantings of impatiens and the morning after transplanting, I could see the difference before I was awake enough to remember the experiment..no shock, leaves bigger and stronger looking..iit;s a shame(almost counter-intuitive) that cultivating the way nature intends is more expensive..there are folk that have to feed families with their 'gardening'..I don't know enuff to have an opinion on how we could get the country fed without pesticides..

Roses..next year..they scare me and aphids are gross esp since they bring the ants..

Edit: Fed and took Lucy to potty(3 times within an hour of eating) and nada..went on dinner date and come back to find Lucy and her crate covered in smelly poop and Stormy sitting by the open window..oy vay..my pedi experience came in handy..patience!
