Damn I hate those things! My son loves them but I refuse to buy them for him. I have the kids eat Kashi bars before we play football and they're loaded with protein. Then I have them pound some gatorade so they get an immediate energy kick. Man - we play 30 minutes of some serious football yesterday. I had golfed 36 holes over the weekend so I only had enough gas in the tank to do 1/2 an hour. My right shoulder has ached ever since. I'm going to have to get it cut open and fixed....I've avoided it but my right arm goes numb from the shoulder to my fingertips when I start throwing rocket bombs to the boys
