Whether part of the lawsuit or not it will pose a problem, especially since this meets Obama's mo-mo. I have a feeling Edwards and Richardson will gain from voter booth hesitancy to support either Clinton or Obama. Methinks should Gore come in the nomination is his as I don't think Ms. USA would ever have been booed in a Gore Administration!
