Smoking is a health risk to others

Not if your not there when they are smoking.

If you don't like the smoky environment don't go there.

Now if you own the property you have every right to say people can't smoke there (I don't want people smoking in my house or car either). But I don't own a bar, and I'm guessing that you don't either. Even if you do, only the bar (or bars) you own are yours.

What's next, are you going to ban smoking in private homes?

I'm thinking now that you personally smoke.

Your thoughts are incorrect. Not that it would matter if they where correct, they are irrelevant to the issue. But the fact is I've never even taken a puff of tobacco. Never even really been tempted to do so, its always seemed sort of gross to me.

The employers should be held liable for allowing it to happen in their workplace.

Why? did they force you in to their workplace at gunpoint?
