Regarding ignores, there is no compelling reason for us to arbitrarily remove ignores except

I pretty much agree. Not that there is no reason, but the reasons aren't compelling. "It might make some sense", only meant that I see some reason for it, it doesn't equal "I support the idea".

I would support removing them from terminated accounts, accept but not really support removing them from long term inactive accounts, and oppose the proposal I replied to, removing them after a month, either from anyone, or from accounts that where inactive for a month.

Ignores are more the business of the person who decides to ignore. People complain because they see them as some sort of mark against them, but they really shouldn't be seen that way. Its not like you have to be obnoxious to pick up several dozen ignores, all you have to do is participate in the political threads.

For some reason this morning every time I do a post a log in dialog pops up and asks for my info, even though I am already logged in. I ignore it and post anyway, and it lets me. Odd.
Anyone else having this?
