Wish I knew what I did to re-cause the problem...If I knew, I wouldn't have done it....But most probably it is the arthritis that is everywhere in my bod....That was the main culprit before.... I too, did everything the Docs told me to do and not to do during recovery and PT...did LOTS of PT...and pretty much had full range back...it's impaired a bit now...and I'm careful. Stuff like washing windows and vacuming, etc is literally a pia..er' shoulder. I can hardly bear to think of having it redone, but after his lecture, know there isn't a good choice...
