<<execution works s well, against violent crimes, and now applied to economic crimes>>

We will see how well it works as time wears on.Texas prisons are overflowing.Rule of law is necessary to advance a society. It seems now China is slowly submerging in its own lawless money grubbing muck, for they are in many cases freee, to take the easy path, the monied way and to shit in own nest so to speak.

<<all treatments must have a start>>

Yes, time for China to look at where long term successes are, and COPY them ..that should be easy.

<<besides, working well or not, very satisfying in any case

should see the pic of the evil minister, hair turned all white

wife and son up next, and after that, a whole chain of baddies>>

Are you a ruthless businessman?<<gg>>

<<whereas your crooks get promoted, reelected, retired to be board members, etc

not at all satisfying>>

It will be satisfying to see battleship Conrad Black go down, as it was to see Martha get her due, also that "bible thumper"from World Com ,Skilling and in finality Lay.. all with proper rule of law trials of course.

So whether it works or not, you just like to see people executed. Is is satisfying to you.

Perhaps that base human urge explains why the Romans built stadiums where man and beasts fought other men and beasts to the death and why the Aztecs built huge pyramids up high where everyone in the surrounding plaza could see when they cut out people's hearts.

I believe so: <execution works s well, against violent crimes, > Nature has always used execution for ALL crimes [crimes where the death penalty applies anyway]. For example, failing to keep an eye out leads to execution by falling over a cliff. Attempting to swim in water - execution by drowning if not capable enough.

Be careful of being too enthusiastic for "evil-doers" to be executed. You might be in line when they have run low on "evil-doers". The Colosseum ran for centuries and a LOT of people were surprised to find themselves contributing to the entertainment. There was one built in Nimes too which we visited, so great was the demand for such entertainment.

It seems cruel to have misled said "evil doer" by a lifetime of graft and corruption, dishonesty and scamming, which are the norm in China, only to choose him as a scape-goat for an accident with antibiotics. There was a big backlog of drugs for approval and he probably thought he should approve some as a lot of people were dying from lack of treatment and he might as well be paid like everyone else for such services.

I am suspicious when people are so keen for death of other people. I admit I haven't read the case at all, so have very superficial information.

Meanwhile, while China improves, New Zealand is going in the opposite direction. The first ever bribery trial of an MP is planned. Taito Field will not be executed though he was selling NZ down the river.
