So you're saying the 75% who don't smoke should quit their jobs to accomodate the smoking minority? Even if all laws against smoking in workplaces where repealed, many work places would not allow smoking. As for "minority" and "majority". Do you want to subject all of your decisions about your own life or property to a democratic vote? If the majority disagree with you, should you be fined? If your persistent should you have your property confiscated, or some business you own shut down?
