I also vaguely remember the OBCI CEO "loaning" the company a million dollars a bit before the spike. If memory serves, he did not want the cash back, but wanted shares somewhere just north of a buck.....just a few months before the Wallmart deal. Who could blame him?
As far as the security rat goes.....would those guys be smart enough to take a $6 buyout? No rocket scientists on that team IMO.
