To much bs on rates, rates were going up under clinton and look at the bull market we got.

Under Carter the s&p went up 30% from start of term to end.

It all boils down to asset prices adjusting to real world inflation regardless of what the official rate is.

Its that simple, no voodoo formula needed despite those that have some service to sell.

Out of PAAS but watching, I think it may go lower, that Bolivia thing isn't good for them.
SSRI may be better but its expensive here.
