Giuliani is leading the polls right now for the Republican nomination and he's just as "liberal" as Bloomberg.

If Bloomberg runs he won't have to "suck up" to any special interests and can present himself as the "fiscally responsible" candidate.

If it turns out to be Clinton vs. Giuliani vs. Bloomberg it would be an ALL New York election and Bloomberg could make a BIG difference.
