Iraqis will have to kick Al-Qaida out, or they'll lose their country. But their history of surrendering to a truly oppressive regimen(like Saddam's) is a bad omen.

We will be there until we get the Iraqis to sign on to allowing us to take all but 17% of their oil profits.
