I owned Chelsea Property Group for nearly a decade and it was acquired by SPG a couple of years ago, so I continued to hold that until just several months ago. Made a killing on that whole deal. I'm not familiar with DDR. I did well with reits and I'm taking my marbles and going home :-) Looks a little pricey at the moment to me still....... As for the entire subprime mortgage "situation", I went short AVB at 143 and change, and had been making a killing there too, but have had my head handed to me yesterday and today :-/ I have plenty of patience, so I can contently wait out the ANX trials/future partnerships and hopefully they can produce the results you envision!! My biggest decade long winners that I've continuously held over that time have been the Q, STZ and UNH. NUE was huge for me the past few years, but I'm out of that now too, as of a couple of months ago. I would love to get an 8-10 bagger out of ANX!!! :-)
