I don't know the details, and its possible that your distorting the story, but if you are reporting the story accurately, then I'm against the government's policy. I'm hardly going to support something just because the Bush administration created it. That would be just as silly as automatically opposing something just because Bush implements or calls for it. Your story, if fully accurate, is an excellent argument for less government restrictions, its hardly an argument for more.
