The free trade issue is about the issue that the benefits of free trade should accrue to everyone, not just the big corporations. Is it really free trade or not? If it is really free trade then let consumers reap the benefits also. If you say they cannot buy their prescription drugs from whoever will sell them cheapest you are depriving them of the benefits of free trade. Let the market decide, right? Your arguments about the smoking issue are in fact only in defense of capital. All you care about is the bar owner and the "infringements" on his ownership rights. That is not charitable, it is self serving.
