He was sure, certain and positive that all Iraq needed was liberation from Saddam and the local yokels would garland the liberators with flowers and love. If Taiwanese want to join China, I'm sure they are perfectly capable of making an offer or accepting one from China. I recommend spending efforts and ideas on something more useful, positive and creative than thinking how attacks on other people might be a good idea. Then USA is starting to think that the attack on pushover Iraq wasn't such a bright idea. It's best to avoid such blunders BEFORE the blunder, not after. Mqurice
