I am not making excuses for the Democrats who voted for the Iraq War Resolution. I am critical of their vote. They should have known that Reckless George was hell bent to invade Iraq.

Were the GOPwingers herding behind Bush on the issue, mere days before a key congressional election. That some Democrats got pulled in is not surprising. Here's three key and operative questions for you regarding that vote: 1) What percentage of House and Senate Republicans supported that vote? 2) What percentage of House and Senate Democrats supported that vote. 3) What's the final tally? And one final question: Isn't this the better way for history to examine this vote?
