But having the US government run interference for you is. In this case its the US government, preventing price controls of a foreign government from being imposed on the US market. Well hey I'd like to see you speak out against all of the corporate subsidies they DO get. I know, not your issue. I have frequently spoken out against corporate subsidies. It definitely is one of my issues. What subsidies do they get? They get patent protection on new drugs, which is in a sense a subsidy, but its a somewhat more complex issue. What other subsidies? Be specific. I likely oppose them. As it is it is NOT free trade. It is corporate jury-rigged trade "As it is" is NOT free trade because of the Canadian price controls.
