Yep I know...the same frustrations have plagued me for years.......and I try them all..... one of the reasons I think it has some merit is my uncle Stushie has been taking the stuff for decades....long before I could pronounce it....and the old horse is about 90 and eats like every meal is his last......and....he has never taken a prescription drug in his life.... reads prevention magazine......and.....the bible. Ooooooooooookay. and prevention mag is not the best rag on the shelf. Shootie
