Yes, my understanding is RIT has this managed distribution policy. I'm keeping my shares in a taxable account, because I'm figuring part of that 19 cents will be, if not now, at some point, a return of capital. As they sell something to get cash to keep the dividend constant (assuming in a bad year that they don't again change the dividend policy).

Disappointed to read of CBF troubles. It's discouraging. I'll continue to watch insiders. I bought because of large insider buys, one of which by a sophisticated value investor (D. Eby), I believe. I'm hoping he and I and you are right to buy and hold this thing.

I'm looking to hold FUR 3-5 years.
